Hailing from across the Tasman and bringing a theatrical background, Melanie aligns her passion for communication with storytelling’s capacity to inspire social change.

Melanie’s journey began in theatre and film production, co-founding Mon Sans Productions to create and support independent theatre works in Sydney. Her production work shifted to education, where she led student groups in outdoor recreation programs, study tour groups, university events, and most rewardingly, student volunteer programmes.

Settling in Aotearoa, Melanie took her service skills to new heights as a Business Class flight attendant with Air New Zealand. Offering memorable services drew Melanie to complete a public relations and Spanish degree, reigniting her passion for culture and literature.

As a people person, Melanie has trained and staffed talent for clients such as Ben & Jerry’s, Talbot Forrest Cheese, and Jetstar. She enjoys seeing projects come to life and managing stakeholders that bring brands and messages to life.

As an avid mover and shaker, Melanie loves a bit of adventure – whether it’s cooking up a storm, language learning, busting a move, or taking in some sunshine on a hike or at a café.
