With more than 10 years’ corporate communications experience, including with major multinationals in the energy and transport sectors, Rob has played a key role in some of New Zealand’s highest profile media and public policy issues in recent years.
Through this work Rob has developed an in-depth understanding of the issues facing emissions-intensive sectors, and their pathway to decarbonisation.
Rob’s expertise spans the public relations spectrum, including CSR, stakeholder engagement, iwi engagement, issues management and public policy advocacy.
He brings a warm enthusiasm to every project he’s involved in, thoughtfully crafting and implementing his communications approaches to diverse stakeholders and audiences.
In his spare time, Rob seizes any opportunity to jump into the water – whether that’s swimming, freediving, spearfishing, surfing, or bodysurfing his way around Auckland’s pristine coastlines, or as a volunteer at Piha Surf Life Saving Club.
