Rothbury only financial services provider in Top 5 NZ’s Best Workplaces

Rothbury Group Ltd has been named one of New Zealand’s Top 5 Best Workplaces for medium to large businesses, making it the only financial services provider to achieve this recognition in 2025.

The accolade, awarded through the independent Great Place to Work® survey, places Rothbury alongside leading employers such as Hilton, Specsavers, Salesforce, and DHL.

Managing Director Roger Abel says the recognition reflects a deliberate investment in people and culture.

“Creating a strong, people-first culture is our proudest achievement. We’ve probably invested more energy into that than into strategy and that’s been a meaningful choice,” Abel says.
