Recipe for a rewarding Easter

That's the view of Sacred Hill managing director David Mason who sees the holiday weekend as the chance to take time out, reflect on an undoubtedly hectic start to another year and catch up with family and friends - possibly over a well chosen wine or two.

With Sacred Hill's new Reserve range freshly launched in the last fortnight, Mason is certainly looking to balance his own work / life ledger this Easter and is encouraging others to do likewise.

And of course Easter is not Easter without chomping on some chocolate. So what is Mason's recommendation for a decadent Easter indulgence?

"Leave the milk chocolate and marshmallow to the kids. Find the best dark chocolate you can - egg shaped or otherwise - and enjoy with your nearest and dearest while sipping on a rich red such as Sacred Hill's gold medal winning  HALO Hawke's Bay Syrah 2013.  Repeat as desired throughout the weekend.
