The luxury marque's unprecedented 11th top ranking was cemented by the Lexus IS executive sedan which received the highest overall individual vehicle score. The IS was joined in the top three vehicles in the survey this year by the Lexus RX.
Debbie Pattullo, Lexus National Manager in New Zealand, says she is delighted to see the company's global focus on premium customer service rewarded again, following similar results in the equivalent US survey earlier this year.

This year's UK survey canvassed 16,840 owners of vehicles that were on average two years old.
