The Wright approach
Wright Communications developed a strategy which targeted three types of media - financial, trade and consumer - to get the message of the Colmar Brunton Customer Experiences in front of every corporate in the country.
The resultant media coverage prompted various CEOs to pick up the phone and ask Dick to present to the board, calls came from the likes of Vodafone, BNZ, AIG and others.
