diverse history has seen her lead the global CEO of McDonald's onto
an Auckland marae, tour the country with Margaret Mahy as a book
publicist and experience the adrenalin-dense environment of a
Formula One pit lane, as the communications manager for Red
After packing up her collection of science fiction novels to
move to Waiheke Island (and with a goal of consulting in mind),
Kimberley ended a long stint as the communications manager for
McDonald's New Zealand. This role as the main media spokesperson
for one of the world's biggest brands allowed Kimberley the scope
to develop into the dynamic communications professional she is
today. At McDonald's, Kimberley also lead several transformational
projects, including a country-wide shift to free range eggs and
'Our Food, Your Questions', a socially-sourced, real time FAQ about
As a senior consultant, Kimberley brings with her a wealth of
skills and experience, as well as big hair and a big laugh. A
polished writer, Kimberley specialises in issues management and
media relations; and has expertise in marketing communications, CSR
and social media.
